Photographing in Black & White, Dorothy Wallace specializes in hand-colored portraits of children & families. She utilizes available light, beautiful hand-painted backgrounds and a variety of vintage-style props and clothing to give her images a unique and timeless quality.  She also creates magical Fairy portraits, complete with custom-designed costumes and wings in an enchanted fairytale setting.

Her award-winning photographs have been exhibited in numerous galleries, featured in "Darkroom Photography" magazine, Somerset Studios "Life Images" magazine & "Faerie Magazine", and are displayed in the homes, retail shops and private collections of her many clients of the past 13 years
